Funny article and even funnier that Forbes, a magazine that I think could be fairly characterized as a protector of the "free market" - Reaganomics -Thatcherism tax cuts etc. would acknowledge that investment in children is critical to a nation's economic future (read national healthcare, public education, social services etc.).
